报告人简介：美国哈佛医学院手术计划实验室由Ron Kikinis教授创立，是医学图像计算与计算机辅助手术领域享誉全球的实验室。on Kikinis教授也是哈佛医学院布莱根妇女医院生物医学信息Robert Greenes 杰出主任，美国国家医学图像联盟（NA-MIC）和神经图像分析中心（NAC）的首席研究员，以及大型医学图像分析与可视化软件3D Slicer首席研究员。
报告内容：
The practice of medicine is undergoing a transformation and imaging is evolving at a rapid pace with new modalities and acquisition methods being added at an ever increasing pace. In parallel, results from basic research in the fields of genetics and immunology are beginning to translate into patient care. Driven by these disruptive changes, the importance of MIC is increasing rapidly. Image Informatics, Machine Learning, Radiomics and quantitative imaging are all contributing to the portfolio of tools and technologies being deployed to address the new challenges.
