Abstract: In this talk, we discuss the stability for two-dimensional plane Couette flow to the incompressible Navier-Stokes equations with Navier boundary conditions. Some sufficient conditions of stability are given. If the Navier boundary conditions are dissipative, then the Colette flow is stable for any viscosity. Otherwise, the stability is conditional.
