Abstract : The PMU network has been utilized to monitor the system operation of a smart grid in recent decades. This brings a significant cyber risk for the power grid as the attacker can manipulate the PMU network to introduce the observation errors. In this talk, we discuss the risk levels of PMUs over the network which faces the cyber threats. It is discovered that ignoring the due observation errors can lead to a severe underestimating the risks as supported by the theoretical and simulation studies. The risk mitigation strategies for improving the safety levels of PMUs are also discussed.
报告人简介：赵鹏，2008年博士毕业于兰州大学，现为江苏师范大学数学与统计学院教授、教务处处长，中国科学技术大学、兰州大学兼职博导。担任中国现场统计研究会大数据统计分会副理事长，全国工业统计教学研究会常务理事、青年统计学家协会副会长，中国运筹学会可靠性分会常务理事，中国优选法统筹法与经济数学研究会工业工程分会常务理事。获国家自然科学基金-优秀青年科学基金（2014）、江苏省“双创人才”（2015）、江苏省数学成就奖（2016）等。担任国际期刊COMMUN STAT副主编（AE）、《应用概率统计》期刊编委。主要研究领域为可靠性统计和网络可靠性。迄今已在SCI/SSCI期刊上发表学术论文80余篇，大部分发表在Reliab. Eng. Syst. Safe., IEEE. T. Reliab., European J. Oper. Res., Nav. Res. Log., Insurance Math. Econom, J. Multivariate Anal., Adv. In Appl. Probab.等重要国际期刊上。
