摘要：We consider the dynamics of a layer of viscous incompressible fluid lying above a rigid bottom and below the atmosphere. It is proved that there is a uniform time interval on which the uniform estimates independent of both viscosity and surface tension coefficients can be established. For fixed viscosity the global-in-time uniform estimates independent of surface tension coefficient can be established for the small initial data./
