摘要:Schrodinger equations govern the physics of material/device with microscopic features down to nanometer. As they are usually put in the whole space, special treatments are necessary to correctly resolve wave propagations across the boundary of a finite computational domain. In this talk, we shall describe some recently developed exact and accurate boundary treatments for linear Schrodinger equation and cubic nonlinear Schrodinger equation. Applications are discussed, including bright and dark solitons, quantum vortex and resonant tunneling diode.
