摘要：
Our work is a case of Kudla's program. Kudla, Rapoport and Yang gave some cases on division Shimura curves.
In this paper, we construct an arithmetic theta function on arithmetic surface X_{0}(N).
The degree of this function is the value of an Eisenstein series.The height of it is the derivative of this Eisenstein series.
