题目: Traveling waves of reaction-diffusion equations with effective boundary condition

摘要

We are concerned with the existence and decay rate of traveling wave solutions to a reaction-diffusion equation in a two-dimensional infinite cylinder with effective boundary condition and Neumann boundary condition. The effective boundary condition comes from the biological  scenario of a thin road with large diffusion, as the width of the road shrinks. When the reaction term is of the bistable or ignition type nonlinearity, we derive the existence, uniqueness, monotonicity and decay rate of traveling waves.
