摘要 Abstract: Euler-Poisson systems is an important model for semiconductor devices. It is a long time open problem to prove the uniform boundedness of the density (weak solution) obtained by approximate solutions and compensate compactness. In this talk, I will report so recent results on this problem. Moreover, the large time behavior of weak solutions to unipolar and bipolar semiconductors are considered, without any assumption on the smallness or regularity for the initial data. The amplitude of the doping profile is permitted to be large, too.
