题目：Statistical Methods for Analyzing Genetic Pathways

摘要：In this talk, I will present two related projects focused on genetic pathway analysis. The first project introduces a graph-informed structural equation model designed to enhance the detection power for differentially expressed genetic pathways. The second project develops a latent factor model to explore shared structures among the identified pathways. Applications to TCGA datasets illustrate the improved performance of our methods compared to existing approaches.

报告人简介：Dr. Yue Wang is an Assistant Professor of Biostatistics at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. Prior to this, he served as an Assistant Professor of Statistics at Arizona State University. He earned his Ph.D. in Biostatistics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and completed postdoctoral training at the University of Washington in Seattle and the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center.
