题目：Stability theory of singularities

摘要：Over the past decade, a local theory of K-stability for Kawamata log terminal (klt) singularities has emerged. lt studies minimizers of a normalized volume function and associates a K-semistable Fano cone to any given klt singularity. In many cases, this construction significantly extends metric tangent cones for singular Kahler-Einstein spaces. In the lecture, l will outline the main progress. lt is intended for a broad mathematical audience.

报告人简介：许晨阳，普林斯顿大学数学系教授，2018世界数学家大会45分钟报告人，代数几何学家。1999年进入北京大学77779193永利官网学习；2004年获得北京大学硕士学位；2008年获得普林斯顿大学博士学位；2014年获得国家杰出青年科学基金资助，并被评为北京大学长江学者特聘教授；2016年获得拉马努金奖；2017年获选庞加莱讲座教授；2018年在麻省理工学院数学系任教授；2020年进入普林斯顿大学任教授，同年获得2021年度科尔代数学奖。
